The recent happening in the world of sport, especially the current 2014 world cup competition will put us in a fix that things are gradually changing even with the early eviction of the world champion – Spanish team. Though I’m not a football fan, may be my inability of having a niche for sport at early age might contribute to that but the current scenario paint to our face that change is no longer constant but dynamic. Everything seems to be changing, we’re in a new world of emerging change.

Life itself is a change 'cause all its concept is emerging in a changing environment, we as human can’t be left out of the flow.
If you think life is not changing then you’ll of sudden be caught in a nap to see that everything in life has move past you and still yet rigmaroling on the spot. This however may be the point that Spanish team miss out: afterward we’re World champion so no team can beat it off to our face and once a world champion, a world champion for life; not knowing day-in, day-out every team is putting on palliative measures of action in becoming world champion.

One truth we can’t deny ourselves is this, yesterday’s mindset in its entire whole can never fit in to succeed today’s greater exploits and challenges that lies ahead of us. You can’t keep on doing the normal routine and expect to have different result, it is either you strike out a new path and see different result or remain status quo. The danger of having a routinal lifestyle is its unavailability of adjusting to fresh ideas or changes especially when it keeps producing negative results. What use to be the norm in the past might not necessarily measure up to be the norm today, the technicality used to confront yesterday’s battle might not measure up to confront today’s battle.

4 PRAGMATIC STEPS in change MANAGEMENT
1.      Change is not an enemy to progress in life. You need know that change itself is a change, you can figure out that! Our mind must be open minded for change to occur as a sealed or closed mind to positive change is a no-go zone for change to take effect. For certainty, change must surely occur either you are ready for it or not. Ability to adapt to change will help in managing it when it knocks at our door.
2.      Change is never a difficult task, it is adjustment that comes with a little shift from the status quo. What we may term as difficult is just a function of difference in thought pattern, approach to issues and means of communication.
3.      Cultivate an innovative mindset, change can only be birthed through tool of innovation. If things ain’t working properly, simply INNOVATE! Be the positive change you want to see and it begins with YOU.
4.      The greatest enemy of your life is your last achievement. Your best days are not behind but ahead, never wait to see it happen make it happen. Change will not announce new opportunity, it is you that will be on the lookout for the opportunity. And guess what? Each day has hidden opportunity that comes with a change shift which we can roll with.

Jack Welch once observed: “the mindset of yesterday’s manager – accepting compromise, keeping things tidy – bred complacency. Tomorrow’s leaders must raise issues, debate them, and resolve them. They must rally around a vision of what a business can become.”
Whatever aspect of life you desire to take a good shape won’t change until you first change your attitude toward it. In any circumstance or situation you find yourself, always learn to manage change in a changing world cause life itself is changing and doesn’t stay static.
